Create a SCORM lesson

Adding a SCORM lesson to your course allows you to add interactive SCORM module hosted on Edjet LMS.

Learners can view the SCORM content without downloading it and without installing any additional software or plugins.

This lesson type is suitable:

• if you buy SCORM content from 3rd party,
• to provide a highly interactive content,
• deliver simulations, dialogs, drag and drop activities, tabbed layouts,
• for desktop and tablet users (if you have mobile users, the SCORM content should be optimized)

Edjet LMS can import and track SCORM 1.2 a 2004 packages created using authoring tool like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or custom coded in HTML5.

• SCORM modules are tracked for completion.
• SCORM player is responsive and support responsive SCORM content.

Steps to add SCORM lesson:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. In the menu click school Courses.
3. Find the course and click edit icon edit in the row.
4. In the toolbar click add New lesson.
5. Click unarchive SCORM.
6. Choose SCORM archive (ZIP files) from Media Library, or you can upload files from your device.
7. Enter the Lesson name.
8. In the toolbar click save Save.

Extending the lesson content

Lesson can be extended by adding an optional content:

• Downloads – learn how to add, reorder or remove course downloads.
• Content (Optional) - add the rich text content using visual editor.
