Deactivate your course

You can take down the entire course from course library, without removing user permissions.

When you deactivate a course:

• The course will become completely hidden from the learner portal course library, even if users know the course address.
• The course cannot be enrolled or accessed via the learner portal by any user (not even the owner) even if they did enroll to the course in the past.
• The course can be edited from the Edjet LMS admin as usual, just cannot be previewed.

Steps to deactivate the course:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. In the menu click school Courses.
3. Find the course and click edit icon edit in the row.
4. In the toolbar click visibility_off Deactivate.

To re-activate the course click visibility Activate.

You can deactivate and activate a course as often as you want.
