How to report a bug?
Have you encountered a bug in Edjet? Is something not working as it should?
Let us know and we'll fix it.
Clear bug reporting is very important to us. If you decide to report a bug in the app, we thank you in advance.
Report a bug to Edjet Support:
- Stop clicking in the app.
- Take a screenshot of the entire screen – in particular, do not cut the address in the browser where the application error occurred (these parts of the screen may contain information to detect the error)
- Save the screenshot.
- Go to page contact us.
- Click on either email or ticket.
- Write as much information as possible in the body of the message:
- how the bug showed up
- what steps preceded the error (if the error happens repeatedly, describe how the error can be reproduced)
- what browser you use
- Attach files (screenshot or other files) if available.
We will try to deliver the bug fix as soon as possible.
