How to report a bug?

Have you encountered a bug in Edjet? Is something not working as it should?

Let us know and we'll fix it.

Clear bug reporting is very important to us. If you decide to report a bug in the app, we thank you in advance.

Report a bug to Edjet Support:

  1. Stop clicking in the app.
  2. Take a screenshot of the entire screen – in particular, do not cut the address in the browser where the application error occurred (these parts of the screen may contain information to detect the error)
  3. Save the screenshot.
  4. Go to page contact us.
  5. Click on either email or ticket.
  6. Write as much information as possible in the body of the message:
    • how the bug showed up
    • what steps preceded the error (if the error happens repeatedly, describe how the error can be reproduced)
    • what browser you use
  7. Attach files (screenshot or other files) if available.

We will try to deliver the bug fix as soon as possible.
