Create a presentation lesson

Adding a presentation lesson to your course allows you to add a Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation (PPT and PPTx files) hosted on Edjet LMS.

Learners can view the presentation without downloading it and without installing any additional software or plugins.

This lesson type is suitable:

• if you already have the presentation,
• to focus attention on key points, visualization of ideas, multi-step concepts,
• to deliver advanced graphics including effects,
• for desktop and tablet users (if you have mobile users, use large fonts or choose a different lesson type)

Steps to add presentation lesson:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. In the menu click school Courses.
3. Find the course and click edit icon edit in the row.
4. In the toolbar click add New lesson.
5. Click slideshow Presentation.
6. Choose one or more presentation files from Media Library, or you can upload files from your device.
7. Enter the Lesson name.
8. In the toolbar click save Save.

Extending the lesson content

Lesson can be extended by adding an optional content:

• Downloads – learn how to add, reorder or remove course downloads.
• Content (Optional) - add the rich text content using visual editor.
