Create a custom code lesson

Adding a custom code lesson to your course allows you to add custom code (HTML, CSS, JS or other frontend code) to add custom functionality or feature within a lesson.

This lesson type is suitable:

• to embed any 3rd party content, widget, or functionality,
• this include video players, audio players, maps, online forms (Google forms) or surveys, various other gadgets and widgets,
• to extend LMS content capabilities.

Steps to add custom code lesson:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. In the menu click school Courses.
3. Find the course and click edit icon edit in the row.
4. In the toolbar click add New lesson.
5. Click code Custom code.
6. Enter the Lesson name.
7. Enter the Custom code.
8. In the toolbar click save Save.

Extending the lesson content

Lesson can be extended by adding an optional content:

• Downloads – learn how to add, reorder or remove course downloads.
• Content (Optional) - add the rich text content using visual editor.
