Learn what user roles are available in the Edjet LMS and how it works.
The role is a set of various properties defining the capabilities of a users having the role assigned.
Every user has assigned exactly one user role.
Edjet LMS comes with 4 predefined roles.

Learner | 3 | no | User taking courses.
User with this role cannot access the admin. |
Instructor | 4 | yes | Training administrator.
Can do all what Learner can do, and more. |
Administrator | 21 | yes | LMS administrator.
Can do all what Instructor can do, and more. |
Superadministrator | 1 | yes | Platform owner and administrator with full privileges.
Can do all what Admin can do, and more. Owner of many system items. In Edjet LMS Cloud, this role is managed by Edjet Support. In Edjet LMS Server, this role is managed by the customer. |
