Create a forum

Forum is a great way how to engage with your learners. Edjet LMS allows you to create a discussion board of multiple topic-oriented threads open to everyone or create a course-specific forum closed to course students only.

Steps to create a forum:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. In the menu click settings Settings and then click forum Forum.
3. In the toolbar click add New item.
4. Enter the Title of the forum.
5. You can enter the forum Description to provide additional info to the learners.
6. In the toolbar click save Save.

Your email address is displayed to the learners on a forum page so they can contact you this way.

Pinning forum to the top

To set forum to be pinned to the top:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. In the menu click settings Settings and then click forum Forum.
3. Find the forum and click edit icon edit in the row.
4. Check the Pinned option.
5. In the toolbar click save Save.

If there are multiple pinned forums, the forums are ordered by last reply, newer on top.
