  3. Find the certificate template and click edit icon edit in the row.
If you need to edit the system template, ask your Edjet LMS administrator.
  4. From tab General, click icon Set reminder (bell icon) aside Validity input.
  5. Click add Add.
  6. Set reminder parameters using options in Remind column.
Example: Set a reminder 4 weeks before.
  7. Click Add (+) icon in Message template column.
  8. Select email message template named "Expiration of certificate - %%certificate_name%%" using checkbox.
  9. In the toolbar click check_circle Add.
  10. To set up multiple reminders click Add and repeat steps above.
  11. In the toolbar click save Save and close.

If you need to use different message template, you can create one.

Change who should receive the notifications

By default, the notification is sent to:

  • certified learner
  • certificate owner

You can add more users by modifying the message template.

Please mind: The shared template can be used by other instructors too. To prevent problems, create a message template just for your courses.
