Deactivate instructor or admin account

You can temporarily block a user's access to your organization's Edjet LMS services by deactivating their account.

When you deactivate an account:

  • User cannot sign in to Edjet LMS.
  • User's data aren't deleted.
  • New invitations are blocked.

To deactivate the instructor or admin account:

  1. From Settings menu click Administrators.
  2. Find the account and click Edit.
  3. Click Deactivate in the toolbar.

You can re-activate the user account by clicking Activate in the toolbar anytime.

Note: You can deactivate and activate accounts any time and as often as you need.
