Create instructor and admin accounts

You can add as many instructors and admins as you need as these accounts do NOT count towards the license or plan limit.

To add a new administrator to Edjet LMS:

  1. From Settings menu click Administrators.
  2. Click New administrator in the toolbar.
  3. Enter the First name and Last name.
  4. Click Account tab.
  5. To create Administrator, choose Admin in Role option.
  6. To create Instructor, choose Instructor in Role option.
  7. Click Sign Up and enter the User name or click icon next to input to generate the user name from surname.
  8. Click Save in the toolbar to create the account.

You can also:

  • Enter the Password and Re-type password or click icon next to input to generate the password.
    Note: You can save a password to give it to your learners, or you can give them just an username and ask them to reset the password instead. In this case make sure they have an email address present.
  • Enter the E-mail if you want the student to receive email notifications from the LMS.
  • You can enter Description or any other learner data, set the default localization or add profile image.
