View your Edjet products

You can conveniently see status of all your Edjet products in one place.

To view the information about any Edjet product:

  1. Sign in to Edjet Account.
  2. Click Products in the menu.
  3. To see detailed information about your product click info Show.

You can see:

  • Product name and version.
  • Users – number of users allowed and used by your plan or license.
  • Price without VAT – price per billing cycle (subscriptions only).
    To see a price of the on premise license, please see the invoices.
  • Status – deployment status.
    See Product statuses below.
  • Address – link to the portal and administration.
  • Default login – default user name and password.
    Once changed in the product installation, the passwords are no longer valid.
  • Trial period – number of remaining days (if any).
  • Active administrators – number of active administrators / limit
  • Active learners – number of active learners / limit
  • Storage – number of megabytes (MB) used / limit
  • Premium support – status (active, inactive)

To change the product:

  • Request change to the subscription plan.
  • Request change to the on premise license.

Product statuses

Edjet Training Cloud and Edjet LMS Cloud statuses:

  • Pending – product is waiting to start the installation.
  • Installing – product is being installed in the cloud.
  • Deployed – cloud product is ready to use.
  • Stopped – product is temporarily stopped (can be unstopped to bring back to Deployed status in a state as it was before stopping).
  • Terminated – product was terminated (this cannot be undone and all data are lost).

Edjet LMS Server statuses:

  • Free edition – license is in trial mode and will expire within 30 days.
  • Activated – license is activated for a lifetime.
