Change your subscription
You can change the parameters of your subscription as you go. The changes has to be made according to the TOS agreement.
This applies to the following products and services:
- Edjet Training Cloud - Lite, Bonus or Advanced plan
- Edjet Training Server - Subscription plan
- Edjet Training Server - Lifetime license maintenance plan
- Edjet LMS Cloud - Basic, Plus or Premium plan
- Edjet LMS Server - Subscription plan
- Edjet LMS Server - Lifetime license maintenance plan
Increase the number of users (upgrade)
To request more users:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Change plan.
- Enter your request into the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Exceeding the user limit (upgrade)
When you exceed your plan's user limit, we will process this as the upgrade request to increase the number of users.

Switch to a higher plan (upgrade)
To request plan with more feature:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Change plan.
- Enter your request into the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Change billing cycle to annual (upgrade)
To request a change of the billing cycle from monthly to annual:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Change plan.
- Enter your request into the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Reduce the number of users (downgrade)
To request less users:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Change plan.
- Enter your request into the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Switch to a lower plan (downgrade)
To request plan with less feature:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Change plan.
- Enter your request into the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Change billing cycle to monthly (downgrade)
To request a change of the billing cycle from annual to monthly:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Change plan.
- Enter your request into the ticket form.
- Click Submit.
How it works
Any change that leads to a price increase is considered as the upgrade. The opposite is the downgrade.
How is the upgrade request processed:
- Your request will be reviewed within several business days.
- You will be billed once for the difference of the increased price for the current billing cycle.
- If the payment is overdue the access to the product can be restricted until the invoice is paid.
- New price will be applied since the next billing cycle.
How is the downgrade request processed:
- 14 days' notice is required.
- New price will be applied since the next billing cycle.
- No refunds.
- If the price decrease is more than 50%, change may be subject to a fee.
Terminate the subscription
You can end any subscription at any time.
- 14 days' notice is required.
- Product will be stopped at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds.
When the product is stopped:
- No users or administrators can access the product anymore.
- All the data included in the product will be deleted.
- Product is scheduled to be terminated.
Product termination is irreversible and no data can be recovered!
To end the subscription:
- Sign in to Edjet Account.
- Click Products in the menu.
- Find the product and click info Show.
- Click Terminate.
- Enter your request into the new ticket form.
- Click Submit.
Stopped product can be re-started within 30 days since stopping. Re-starting a product may be subject to a fee.
