You can deactivate your test without need to change permissions:
When you deactivate a test, it will become completely hidden to any learners and cannot be accessed or entered by any learner, even if they have permissions.
If the test is included in the course, the test will be also removed from score calculations.
To re-activate the test click Activate in the toolbar.
Note: You can deactivate and activate a test as often as you want.
