Users, storage and emailing limits

Learn about various plan or license limits and how to find limit values and current utilization.

To view the limit and current usage status:

1. Sign in to Edjet LMS admin.
2. Top right click on your account icon account_circle.
3. Click info About.

Information about your product can be also found in your Edjet Account.

Limit types

There are few types of limits:

• Active users limit - number of all users with active account (see "user" definition below)
• Storage limit - amount of data uploaded to media library
• Emailing limit - number of outgoing emails per month

Who is an Edjet LMS user

An Edjet LMS user is a user who has an active account and can log into the LMS. Deactivated accounts are free and do not count towards the user limit. You can activate and deactivate users at any time yourself.

What happens when you reach the limits

The limits cannot be exceeded. When you hit the limit:

• Active users limit exhausted - no new active user accounts can't be created. Learners will not be able to sign up for new account via user portal. Also, it is not possible to activate user accounts.
• Storage limit exhausted - it is not possible to upload new files.
• Emailing limit exhausted - email messages are not send out. Messages are having status waiting.

We will send notifications to the email address associated with the Edjet Account when a limit exceeds 70% threshold.

How to resolve exhausted limits

When the limit is reached, this is how you can proceed:

• Resolve exhausted active users limit - deactivate some user accounts or purchase more users.
• Resolve exhausted storage limit - delete some data, upgrade to higher plan or (for plans having unlimited storage) request raise of the FUP storage limit.
• Resolve exhausted emailing limit - upgrade to higher plan or (for plans having unlimited storage) request raise of the FUP emailing limit.
