Close your account

This article outlines how you can close your Edjet account. If you're having trouble with the site or products, or if there's anything we can help you with before you close your account, please contact Edjet Support.

Please note that by closing your Edjet account you will permanently lose access to all the products you’ve activated, including purchased products and licenses, tax invoices and other records.

The account may not be closed if:

• There is any contract in the progress (including service contract or warranty period).
• Claiming a legitimate interest is ongoing (complaints procedure, lawsuit).
• There is any legal obligation to keep the data for a longer period of time (The Accounting Act, Tax Code, The VAT Act,...).

How to Close your Edjet account:

1. Contact Edjet Support from any authorized contact.

Our Support will evaluate and process your request within the statutory period.
