Authorized contacts

Authorized contacts are the contacts listed on your account from which our support team receives requests regarding your Edjet products and services.

There are 3 authorized contacts:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing email address – only in matters of billing (optional)

Important: We do not accept any requests from other contacts than authorized contacts.

Changing the authorized contacts

There are several methods of changing the authorized contacts.

Method 1 - via Edjet account

Using this method you can change:

  • phone number
  • billing email address

Changing the email address is not currently possible using this method (use method 2).

To proceed, please sign in to your Edjet account and:

Method 2 - from current authorized contact

Using this method you can send a request to:

  • change email address
  • change phone number
  • change billing email address

To send a request contact our support:

  • send email from current authorized email address
  • send SMS from current authorized phone number

Method 3 - from Statutory body

If none of above is possible, the request has to be authorized by the Statutory body and delivered via any channel to our support.
