Troubleshoot content viewing issues
Content viewing issues can be caused by many factors.
By troubleshooting your internet connection or browser, you may be able to solve many issues.
- Internet speed – the quality of your home or cell-phone network can affect how smoothly videos play and how the content is loaded.
- If you have many browser tabs open, try to close them except the one you’re using for Edjet LMS.
- Restart your browser.
- Restart your device (computer, smartphone, tablet,...).
- Update your browser to the latest version (we recommend to use Chrome).
- Restart your router.
If the problem persists, notify the content creator or Instructor.
