Customize reply-to email address

NEW

Reply-to address is an email address used when user reply to any email send from Edjet LMS.

By default, the address is the email address of our support – support@netventic.com.

You can change this address to your own email address like this:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the Edjet LMS admin as administrator.
  2. From Learner portal menu, click Customization.
  3. Click General tab.
  4. Enter Email address for replies.
  5. Click Save in the toolbar.

Note: Changing reply-to email address has no effect on address used to send email address (From), as this is always support@netventic.com.
