Edit or delete groups

To edit or delete a user group the edit permission is required.

Edit a group

To edit the user group:

1. From Settings menu, go to Groups.
2. Find the group and click Edit.
3. Make your changes.
4. Click Save.

Delete a group

Important: Group deletion can't be undone.

When you delete a group:

• No users are deleted.
• Any permissions given to that group are no longer valid.

To delete one user group:

1. From Settings menu, go to Groups.
2. Find the group and click Delete.
3. To confirm deletion click OK in the dialog.

You can also delete the group from the Group page.

Delete many groups at once

To delete many user groups at once:

1. From Settings menu, go to Groups.
2. Find all the groups you want to delete and select them using checkbox.
3. Click Delete in the toolbar.
4. To confirm deletion click OK in the dialog.
