What is the best way to organize training if you have several different organizations?
The following are only our recommendations. Each customer and it's training has different needs and requirements and it is up to you to evaluate them.
Activate separate LMS installations for:
check Different companies, corporations or other organizations – separate installations will allow you to meet legislative requirements at the legal entity level, setting up specific logo for every organization, easier LMS setup and more.
One central installation is also possible. However, this setup has some limitations.
check Companies of corporate group – these are typically separate organizations, see above.

check Organizations in different countries – a company, branch, shop, team or department operating physically in another country. The requirements of another country's legislation can easily be met.

check Your customers (reseller partner) – if you have several different customers as our reseller partner, always set up a separate installation. The billing will be separated according to each customer and will make it easier for you to re-invoice and control profitability or costs. Further according to the rules above.
Setting up multiple separate installations has a negligible effect on the final price of the solution, because in both cases you pay for individual active user accounts.
One LMS installation is recommended for:
check Teams, departments – keep teams and departments within the organization.
check Branches – all branches of one company or organization.
check Shops, separate workplaces – different stores, separate or isolated workplaces of one company or organization.
check You will distribute identical content – if the educational content is identical for your different companies or entities in different countries, if the course export/import features or using a SCORM exchange format aren't suitable for you.
Branches, stores, teams, workplaces and departments are managed as user groups within a single installation within the organizational structure.
