Lost password – reset password

Did you lost your password and can't sing in to Edjet LMS? You can reset your password via your email.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to Edjet LMS Sign in page.
  2. Click Lost password?
  3. Enter the User name or email.
    If your account has missing or incorrect email address, contact your Edjet LMS Administrator.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Sign in to your email and download new messages.
    If the message is not delivered within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.
  6. Find and open email from support@netventic.com with subject Lost Password - Confirmation.
  7. Click the link in the email.
    The link is valid for 24 hrs.
  8. Check your email for new messages.
  9. Find and open email from support@netventic.com with subject New password.
  10. Go to Edjet LMS Sign in page and log in with the new password.

It is recommended to change your password as soon as possible.

If you are still experiencing issues signing in, contact your Edjet LMS Administrator.
